What’s Inside

Three short video lessons.

A real starting point.

Lesson 01

What grief really is

Grief isn’t just about losing someone you love. I’ll walk you through the many forms it can take, and help you name what you’re actually carrying.

Lesson 02

How grief is showing up in your body, mind, and emotions

Exhaustion. Foggy thinking. Anxiety from nowhere. So many “everyday” symptoms are actually grief in disguise.

Lesson 03

The coping habits keeping you stuck

Drinking a bit more. Scrolling for hours. Pushing people away. The lesson that helps you see your patterns honestly, without judgement.

What clients say

Real people.

Real transformation.

I went to Lucy after losing my Mom and Sister both very suddenly within 1 year of each other. I found myself in a bad place at the start of this year but Lucy was absolutely brilliant with me and took me through the 12 step grief programme. I came away from every session feeling lighter, with a better understanding of how my grief was impacting me and most importantly, Lucy provided with me with the tools to cope and start enjoying my life again. She is also a really nice person to speak too and gave me an outlet to talk openly about my Mom and Sister, which is something I really needed and brought me a lot of comfort. Thankyou Lucy! ❤️

I cannot recommend Lucy highly enough. From the very first phone call I had with her, I felt comfortable, supported, and genuinely listened to. I had previously tried therapy, but it didn't work for me. Then I came across Lucy's 12-week programme, which was exactly what I needed. While my previous therapy experience mainly allowed me to talk about my feelings, Lucy's programme encouraged me to actively work on myself and make positive changes. She created a safe and welcoming environment where I felt able to open up without fear of judgement. Lucy's kindness, professionalism, and understanding helped me gain valuable insight into myself, heal from past trauma, develop healthier coping strategies, and build greater confidence and self-worth. The support I received has made a real difference to my everyday life, and I am incredibly grateful for the care, guidance, and encouragement she provided throughout my journey. Thanks to Lucy, I feel stronger, more resilient, and better equipped to move forward in a positive way! Lucy is an amazing, caring, and genuine person who truly wants the best for her clients. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for support.

I came to Lucy after loosing my dad which brought up lots of past buried traumas for me. I didnt really know what I needed but I knew I needed some help and that was the 1st steps with Lucy. A kind 1st phone call establishing how she could help me. Lucy is very kind, empathetic and was the listening ear I needed with also giving me the validation that I wasnt on my own and this was a normal trauma response I was having. So often we think we are alone in feeling this way but Lucy reassured me I wasnt on my own. That had a massive impact on me . I felt safe with her. Thats so very important with this therapy and Lucy makes you feel relaxed and comfortable so you can release in a comfortable environment 😊 I have already recommended Lucy to other people, as she is a very special lady, im so glad I found her , she was able to give me some release from my pain and give me some tools to carry on my growth. I havnt finished my full journey yet it takes time but i know it will be worth the effort 👌 Thank you Lucy 😊 🙏 💓

I was recommended Lucy by someone who had had six sessions with her and was really impressed with how it had helped them. I was not sure if this was for me, and if I’m honest I reluctantly spoke to Lucy on the phone. I was not even sure how she could help? Lucy suggested that I would benefit from the ‘Grief to Growth’ 12 week programme. If I’m honest I thought I did not need any support with grief- but also thought why not? I learned so much during this time, such as grief is not only to do with the death of someone, and also how emotions can be stored in the body, having a negative impact for years on both physical and mental health. Advice on supplements/nutrition/sleep/breathing/routines, as well as hypnotherapy, were all so beneficial. Lucy is genuine, caring and amazing at what she does, so I would definitely recommend, and if you are not sure that you need the sessions- you probably do, so invest in yourself.

I wanted to share some feedback on the incredible progress our daughter has made since working with Lucy. Before starting therapy, she was struggling significantly with her behaviour both at home and at school. Over time, i have seen such a remarkable transformation in her that it truly feels like a complete 360° change. She is now much more able to recognise and manage her emotions, and i've noticed a huge improvement in the way she expresses herself. At home she is showing much more love and kindness, and her relationships with family members have strengthened considerably. I’ve also seen a positive change in her engagement at school. She is more cooperative, more focused, and her interactions with teachers and peers have improved greatly. Lucy's support, guidance, and the tools you have given her have clearly made a real difference in her life. I am incredibly grateful for the impact you’ve had and for the care you’ve shown in helping her grow intellectually, emotionally and socially. Thank you for the invaluable work you have done with her.

FAQ’s

A few things people often ask

Is this really free?
F
G

Yes, completely! No card details, no hidden upsells to access the videos. My hope is that they give you real value, and if you decide later you'd like to continue with the full 30-step programme, that option will be there. But the three lessons are yours to keep either way.

What happens after I sign up?
F
G

You'll be taken straight to a private page where all three videos are waiting for you. You'll also get a welcome email from me, and over the next few weeks I'll share some additional reflections and resources to support you as you work through the lessons.

Who is this for?
F
G

Anyone carrying grief, loss, or trauma — whether that's recent or something you've been holding for years. The lessons are designed for adults who are ready to begin understanding what they're going through. You don't need any prior experience with coaching or therapy.

Is this a replacement for counselling or therapy?
F
G

No, and I'd never present it as one. Coaching is forward-focused work that sits alongside (not in place of) any clinical support you may already have or need. If you're in crisis, please reach out to your GP or a crisis line first.

How long are the videos?
F
G

Each lesson is a focused, watchable length — long enough to give you something real, short enough to fit into a difficult day. You can watch them in one sitting or spread them out over a few days.

You’ve made it this far.

Some part of you is looking for a way forward. That part of you matters. Give it the next ten minutes.
